Jonathan Travis graduated from NYU with degrees in economics and finance in 2008 and spent the first four years of his career serving as a business analyst for a major healthcare company. When the company that employed him embarked on a groundbreaking real estate project, he was part of the deal team and Jonathan knew he found his true calling.

Jonathan started his real estate career at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, learning all facets of the commercial real estate industry after being chosen to participate in the company’s highly selective Broker Foundation Program. After spending a year focusing on office space, Jonathan decided to join Ripco Real Estate in October 2013 to learn the retail sector as well. When an opportunity presented itself to join Redwood Property Group as not only a broker, but also as a key component to growing the firm’s overall profile, Jonathan knew this was the ideal next step in his career and personal development.

Jonathan decided to use his personal passion of art and design to carve out a niche within the brokerage world. This tactic has served him well as he has become an expert in finding unique spaces for his clients. Jonathan has individually sourced and completed several significant transactions totaling over 250,000 square feet, valued at over $150m.

Jonathan was recognized by the Commercial Observer in their 2015 "30 Under 30" Issue.
